2. No Product Sales. DC7 Results! LLC does not sell products. All services provided are considered services and not goods. As such, the term "returns" is not applicable to our services.

3. Sessions Expiration Policy. Personal training and athlete training sessions purchased will have a full year before they expire. Clients can use these sessions at their convenience within the year, but they will need to adapt to the trainer's availability. If a client falls out of their current consistency, the trainer may fill that time slot with another client. To maintain client consistency, we may offer other trainers to take over the sessions.

4. Monthly Paid Programs. For monthly programs (Outdoors Training, Small Group Training, and Group Exercise), clients can recover missed occurrences by attending any of the Outdoor Training groups in their preferred location.

5. Refunds. DC7 Results! LLC will not provide refunds unless a "strenuous condition" occurs. A strenuous condition includes:

Medical Impediment: A doctor's certification of long-term sickness or physical accidents.

Moving Out of the Area: Proof of relocation to a location outside of our service area.

For each of these strenuous conditions, clients must submit appropriate paperwork to our office. We will process refund requests within 30 days of receiving the required documentation.

6. Other Terms

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, or government actions.   

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.   

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
